• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was incorrect or damaged.
• Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
